Acrobat is used to make a summary of the annotations resulting in a file that shows you the page content and the annotations per page.

Supported by: Adobe Acrobat 7 in combination with FullSWITCH and PowerSWITCH (Update 5 and up), note this script is not compatible with Acrobat 8

Using this script

• Download and save the JavaScript on your computer: download script.
• Select the Acrobat configurator in your flow.
• In the properties pane, go to the property "save as" and select the option "use script"
• Browse to the JavaScript.
• No script properties are needed for this script

Summarize pdfInspektor preflight report
callas pdfInspektor is used to preflight the PDF files and create a report by ading an annotation wherever a problem is detected. Acrobat is used to make a summary of the annotations.
