How can I unsubscribe from the User Group?

I'm a member of the Gradual User Group and I would like to unsubscribe, how do I do that?

At the bottom of every email you receive from our User Group is information on how to unsubscribe. If that would not work for some reason, please use the form below. You will have to confirm through email that you do wish to unsubscribe after you've submitted the form.
