callas pdfInspektor3 and pdfInspektor4
Reflecting the same preflighting technology to be found in the Preflight module shipped with Adobe Acrobat 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 Professional, pdfInspektor CLI offers a straightforward way to set up fully automated processing of PDF files on any of the supported platforms (Mac OS/X, Windows 2000/XP, Linux and Sun Solaris). Integration into other workflow products or solutions developed inhouse is a matter of adjusting some of the command line scripts that are shipped with pdfInspektor CLI.
SWITCH enables you to use the powerfull commandline version of pdfInspektor without the hassle of managing hotfolders or commandline scripts. The configurator for pdfInspektor allows easy selection of all available options straight from within your SWITCH flow.

Configurator
SWITCH has a built-in configurator that supports pdfInspektor CLI; the configurator lets you:
- Setup in and out folders for pdfInspektor in the flow
- Specify the preflight settings to use for preflight
- Select the preflight report type (PDF, XML...)
- Select the language used in the preflight report
The configurator can be used only if SWITCH is installed on the same computer as pdfInspektor3.
