Set User Name

This script set the user name for all incoming jobs in their respective job tickets.

Description:

When you use this script in a flow, the Script element have a property "User name" which allows you so enter the username that should added to the job ticket of the jobs passing through the connected folder.

It is possible to use this script multiple times in a flow connecting it to different folders and adding different usernames. This allows you to automatically enter a certain username depending on where the job came from.

This username can be viewed in SWITCHclient or can be used further in the flow (e.g. filtering files).

Using this script

• Download and save the script on your computer: download script.
• Select the script element in your PowerSWITCH flow and browse to the script in the script package property.

• Open the script in the SWITCHscripter and change it to your needs.
