We can't recommend a specific configuration other than giving you these guidelines:

SWITCH itself is a relatively light-weight application that uses only limited resources (and even more so if you quit the flow designer and leave the SWITCH service running on its own). The total workload depends mostly on the tasks that you have it perform through external applications. If you offer a system configuration that can execute those tasks with sufficient speed, SWITCH will happily run on that configuration without adding a substantial load.
