
The SWITCH help index does not open on my computer
I try to access the product help, but it doesn’t open on my computer.

Background
SWITCH will try to open the help index with the default browser of your computer. It is currently not possible to open the help index in Mozilla Firefox, so if this is your default browser on Windows, you will see this problem.
Solution
Change your default browser to another application e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer.
This problem has been fixed in the mean time. Make sure you update/upgrade to the newest version of SWITCH. You can download the installer from:
