Split PDF files in pages

This flow splits incoming PDF files in single pages using the Acrobat configurator.

This flow is compatible with: FullSWITCH, PowerSWITCH.

Information

All files that are dropped in the Input Folder of this flow are opened by Adobe Acrobat. It’s important to note that the “Acrobat in” connection hasn’t been limited to “just” PDF files; if files of another type are dropped into the folder, they will be converted to PDF (if possible).

From the “Save as” property you can select the "Split" option from the drop down list. All PDF files are split into separate PDF files (one PDF file per page) and renamed by adding the page number and total number of pages as a suffix to the file name.

The original multi-page PDF file is saved into the Archive Folder.

Using this flow

• Download the flow and save it on your computer: download flow
• Launch one of the SWITCH products this flow is compatible with
• Use the “Flow > Import…” menu item
• In the dialog that is shown, select the flow file you just saved

The flow now appears in the flow list. You can now examine or customize it to your needs.
