From print queue to checked PDF
A virtual print queue is used to print files to the input folder for Distiller. All incoming PS files are distilled, checked and uploaded to an FTP server.
This flow is compatible with: FullSWITCH, PowerSWITCH.
Information

The first step happens with CyanPrintIP which is an application that allows you to print to a virtual print queue from any application. This print queue will automatically create a PS file and drop that in the input folder of this flow.
SWITCH picks up the file and hands it to Adobe Acrobat Distiller. If a problem occurs during the distilling process, a log file is created. Otherwise the distilled PDF file is handed over to Enfocus PitStop Server for preflighting. Approved files are uploaded to the FTP server and error logs are dropped in the respective folder.
