DevZeroG PrintSure

PrintSure allows customers to greatly streamline the process of job booking, asset submission, internal job routing, tracking, production and even billing.

Organisations using the PrintSure Intelligent Workflow portal automatically roll out the desktop client software to their remote users via the Internet. Once installed, the settings are controlled centrally from the server.

The desktop software takes the configuration from the PrintSure server and submits the assets from that user to the server. The server will notify the sender and the receiver, as well as fully logging the process.

The powerful pre-flight checking module is a key component of the PrintSure portal. Before assets enter the workflow the checks have already been done, saving on management overhead, transmission and lead time.

Script Element

DevZeroG PrintSure contains a Job Ticket feature that lets a customer define which additional information should be submitted by users together with their jobs. The information gathered from the user is embedded into the job using XMP.

PowerSWITCH can easily read XMP data from files using the XMP Pickup tool - a script element can then be used to use that metadata.
