SWITCH 06 update 8

Ghent – May 30, 2007 — Gradual Software – specialists in software solutions for automating the publishing process – announces the release of “SWITCH 06 update 8”, a new update for its SWITCH product line. The SWITCH family of products, which includes LightSWITCH, FullSWITCH and PowerSWITCH, enables users to implement workflow automation solutions tailored to meet the production needs of individual work environments.

Update 8 supports automating the following new application versions (FullSWITCH and PowerSWITCH only):

Adobe Creative Suite 3 version of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat (on both platforms: Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows), in addition to the CS2 versions.
Markzware FlightCheck Professional 6 (available on Mac OS X, PowerPC only), in addition to version 5.8.
Callas pdfInspektor4 CLI (on both platforms: Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows), in addition to pdfInspektor3 CLI.
