
Ignace De Bock
Ignace is a financial and business expert with a broad background within and outside of the publishing industry. He served as financial and administrative officer at several multi-nationals, including DISC/Barco Graphics (now Esko Graphics), a sizeable prepress system vendor. Throughout his career, Ignace accumulated extensive financial and general management experience in an international and intercontinental environment.
Ignace was the co-founder of Enfocus Software in 1993, and served as a director and financial officer until after the acquisition by Artwork Systems. He was also involved with several other technology-related startups as a business angel and as an active director.
Most recently, Ignace co-founded the investment fund Fundus, which he currently manages as president of the executive committee. He serves as a director and/or a member of the advisory board of four mid-sized companies, offering his international competence.
Ignace is an active member of the BAN Vlaanderen (Business Angels Network) as well as member of the Institute of Board Members, with a special interest in corporate governance issues
