Elli Cloots
As Director of the Professional Services group, Elli is responsible for product and project support for distribution channel partners and key customers. This includes being the lead contact for the technical development of projects and driving product direction to meet the needs of key customers.
Elli joined Gradual Software August 1, 2005.
Prior to Gradual
Elli holds a teaching degree equivalent to Bachelor of Science; major in Mathematics, minor in Biology and Economics, from KHB - Brussels, Belgium.
She started her career at AIB-Vinçotte where she provided the administration department with training on the various software applications which were used throughout the company. This also included developing courses and correcting tests. She also provided support and was part of the QA for the software applications that were developed in-house.
In 2000 Elli started with Enfocus as a support engineer. She provided the customers with support and handled a major part of the quality testing. She moved on to be the team-leader of the growing support department and during the last couple of years served as Director of Software Support. In that position she managed both the support and quality teams at Enfocus. She also moved into the direction of product definition, product management and project follow-up with more involvement with the customer and business side of the process. From 2003 to mid 2005, Elli served as Technical Officer of the Ghent PDF Workgroup.
