Carine Bastiaen
Carine is responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of all products. She supports distribution channel partners through technical training and end-users through customer support. Through development of automated testing tools and metho- dologies, Carine guards the quality of new software releases.
Carine joined Gradual Software January 9, 2006.
Prior to Gradual
Carine Bastiaen holds an education degree from the Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent, Belgium. She started her career as Junior Software Support Engineer at Enfocus Software in 2001. Mostly involved with software testing in the very beginning, she quickly became involved with customer support.
Over the years she gave training on all Enfocus products and was active in the Enfocus Certified Trainer program. As her responsibilities increased she was promoted to Senior Software Support Engineer. End 2005 Carine became responsible for the support group within Enfocus Software and acted as moderator of the Enfocus User Group.
