With the SWITCH Authorized Reseller (SAR) program, Gradual Software wants to promote a professional sales and support channel for bringing the SWITCH product family to market. The SAR program is implemented in cooperation with our distribution partners in various territories.

Gradual Software appoints only a limited number of SWITCH Authorized Resellers in each territory. This is done to ensure that we can offer first-class support to these partners. For you that means that a SWITCH Authorized Partner:

• Knows all of our products and can help you select the right product for your needs; both from a commercial and technical point of view.
• Can offer first-line technical support, supported by our distributors and by Gradual Software where needed.
• Has staff that is trained by Gradual Software on our products.
• Has direct access to Gradual Software when needed.
